This is a First Attempt at Creating a Snake Game in Javacript.

Use the Arrow Keys to move the snake and eat the food.

As you eat the food, the snake grows bigger - don't crash into yourself or its GameOver!

How many points can you get?

A few issues:

  • score meter is not right aligned to the edge and goes out of screen for bigger scores
  • up/dows arrows also scroll the page - that might be itch.io thing, I remember I had this issues with some of my games
  • right clicking the game area also reset the game, not sure that's intended
